Patrons at the Show this year have the opportunity of experiencing a "touch of class" if they take advantage of the El Bulli (pronounced El Bully) restaurant that will be set up on the grounds.
The award winning Spanish Restaurant, which has two locations in Sydney, is transporting everything they need with them along with an entourage' of staff and some WORLD CLASS entertainers!
Victor Valdez, is one of the greatest Harp players in the world! He is equally at home with a guitar and is an accomplished vocalist as well.
Jimmy Barnes, well known Australian Rock Legend, was “blown away” by Victor's talent and from their first casual meeting they have become close friends. They get together for “jam” sessions at Jimmy's studio, have performed shows together and Victor is now considered a part of the Barnes' family.
