Market stalls and side shows bookings. The controlling of Side Shows is in the rules of the Showmen’s Guild and is also under the supervision of the Grounds Steward, Louise Gibbs.

General Showground Charges
Trade Sites: Outside - $15.00 metre frontage (in $60)
Please Note: An Insurance Premium of $20.00 is payable unless a Certificate of Currency is produced to the Ground Steward for a Public Liability Policy cover of a minimum of $10 million.
Trade Spaces not occupied by 10:00 AM Saturday will be re-allocated if required.
A trade exhibit site will not be allocated until all fees have been paid.
Exhibitors will be allowed free entry to the Showground but may be required to provide evidence that their attendance at the Show has been confirmed and the required fees have been paid.
