The Crookwell A. P & H Society Annual Show provides various Horse competitions run over a two-day program.
Full 147th Annual Show Schedule

NB: For Safety Reasons, Helmets must be worn when mounted/driving or when juniors are showing in hand.
Smooth Soled Riding Boots must be worn when mounted and closed in shoes for all handlers.
Conditions:

DPI Record of Attendance form and Waivers to be signed, and are available at the back of this program, by contacting the Horse section via email on crookwellhorsesection@gmail.com , or in person at the Horse Office on the day of the show.

Entries can be made online via Nominate www.nominate.com.au with the online closing date 03/02/2026

Entries on the day will be accepted with a $10 registration fee per horse/competitor.

Entry Fees are $6 per class . All entry fees must be paid before competing.

Entry on the day tickets, must be handed to the ring steward before being judged in any event.
DRUG TESTING OF EXHIBITS
Random Drug testing of horses may be carried out at this show, and in accordance with EA and RAS regulations. If any substance is found through the result of swabbing, then all procedures in accordance with RAS rules and regulations will be followed.
PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION CODES (PIC)
As from the 1st of September 2012, people with horses on their property need to apply for a PIC.
This is a biosecurity measure, and compulsory.
PICS are assigned to individual properties and are allocated by Livestock Health & Pest Authorities, who also maintain the register. You may already have a PIC if you pay rates to the LHPA. Forms can be obtained online through the website www.lhpa.org.au
Every exhibitor bringing horses onto the show grounds will be required to complete the declaration, listing each horse, with the PIC for the property of origin prior to competing.
Horse Exhibitions Rules & Regulations
The Crookwell Agricultural show will be run in accordance with the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW rules and by laws.
