The Young Farmers Challenge is an action-packed competition that tests the skills, strength, and teamwork of our local young farmers!
Competitors go head-to-head in a series of practical, fast-paced challenges inspired by real farm work. From fence building and hay stacking to water carrying and problem-solving tasks.
It’s a fun and lively event that celebrates the hard work, ingenuity, and spirit of rural life. Come cheer on our next generation of farmers as they compete for bragging rights and great prizes!
Conditions

Teams are made up of 4 team members with 1 designated captain

Teams must have at least 1 male or 1 female in their team

All team members must be between 18-35 years of age

Each team goes through a heat made up of 4-10 activities
-
The top 2 teams advance to the finals where they compete against each other.

The team with the best time overall will be declared the winner

The winning team with then move on to State Finals

Get ready for some fun and teamwork in our Farm Relay!
Teams will be made up of 4 members of mixed ages 5–16 years and must include at least one female competitor.
Participants will take on a series of farm-themed challenges that test speed, teamwork, and country spirit.
It’s all about having fun and working together—so grab your friends, form a team, and join the race!
Teams will race through eight action-packed farmyard challenges, tackling everything from hay bale rolling to farm puzzles and a few surprises along the way!
When the last bell rings, the top two teams will face off in an epic final showdown to see who will claim the glory and be crowned the very first Junior Relay Champions!
Get ready for laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of cheering — this is one race you won’t want to miss!
